They were very prompt to answer my questions. Zell was very polite and professional!
We were just inside this facility, in jacksonville for 5 hours just to upgrade a phone. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff in my life. I will be switching providers as soon as I can. This company has been failing for years in my opinion and its time to go another route.

Waited 1 1/2 hrs just to get a SIM card, ridiculous wait both on the phone (good luck getting someone that speaks English) which is a whole different problem, and in store. Unorganized management? Lazy employees? Or people working for AT&T that don’t care about there job, walking around endlessly not knowing what their doing? And why do they have TWO door greeters, standing around doing nothing? This company needs to greatly improve on their customer service

The past few months, i have constantly had one bar and maybe two bars in town. Very slow internet connections. Poor value. We will be looking at changing companies soon. I hate changing so we have been with ATT from the beginning. What's' up?!! Let's step it up Please!!
I live 17 miles west of Jacksonville in the middle of the country but work in Jacksonville or am in town daily while traveling through for work. I have always had decent service while in town. The last several months have been horrible while in Jacksonville. Spotty service, dropped/missed calls and texts & poor data speeds. 1 & 2 bar service in town but as soon as I get 1/2 mile out of town I get all 5 bars & high speed data speeds. Service for the last three months has been terrible!�
I have had AT&T for over 25 years and overall I have been completely satisfied with your service in store and by phone. BUT the last three months of service has been unacceptable!!! Dropped calls! Text messages that were never received. Walk from upstairs to downstairs and get 12 messages at once that were sent at various times of day and night. I pay over $300 a month for 4 iPhones and an iPad and the service is ridiculous! This needs to be fixed or for the first time in over 25 years, I will consider switching!
