My advice for anyone starting a plan at this store is to ask for everything in writing. I would also avoid working with Lillian. Unfortunately she quoted me x amount for my monthly bill and I am currently having to pay double. After some investigating, this seems to be a common behavior of hers. Disappointing as she is the general manager of the store. She was so kind and pleasant to work with so I was in disbelief when I got my monthly bill. My experience at the Houghton store was amazing. Had a great time with the manager and she got us some great deals. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Bill was exactly as I was told and everything was explained well. Thank you so much!
