My elderly dad went into the store and made a purchase that would’ve been very difficult for him to use. Working with the store manager she did what was right for the customer and allowed us to return the purchase. A huge thank you to Lillian!! ❤️

watch it here, young woman that waited on us was very polite but if you are not phone savvy will up-sell you like a used car salesman. Then before we traveled overseas, we stopped in and she explained how our plan covered texting and messaging from countries we were to travel to. So nothing to worry about she said. Well this was not true and AT&T corporate tried to charge us over 1,000 dollars for roaming charges. So beware.
