Manager told me that if I wanted it done right should have just got it done there but yet they dont push for commission and they're dead all the time makes sense right and tried to compare a phone issue to fast food like is this really what's happening
After 6 mths with Consumer Cellular, I was begging AT&T to take me back. Sure CC was cheaper and claimed to give me unlimited data but at a certain point the service got so slow, I could cook a pot roast waiting for sites to load. I went back to AT&T on an inexpensive Samsung that I ended up not liking. I recently moved here from Idaho and when I called to change my autopsy to a local bank, I was offered a better rate plan & top of the line Samsung phone. I've been a AT&T customer for 3 years. Each year I've received a increase in my rate. I decided to switch to Consumer Cellular saving $100 a month. My service ended on 4/17. On 4/29 they deducted a full month payment from my checking account. I tried to contact every AT&T customer service # I could find & was unable to speak to a human. Each time I was told I don't have service but my # was managed by the local AT&T Store & I was disconnected.
