After 6 mths with Consumer Cellular, I was begging AT&T to take me back. Sure CC was cheaper and claimed to give me unlimited data but at a certain point the service got so slow, I could cook a pot roast waiting for sites to load. I went back to AT&T on an inexpensive Samsung that I ended up not liking. I've been a AT&T customer for 3 years. Each year I've received a increase in my rate. I decided to switch to Consumer Cellular saving $100 a month. My service ended on 4/17. On 4/29 they deducted a full month payment from my checking account. I tried to contact every AT&T customer service # I could find & was unable to speak to a human. Each time I was told I don't have service but my # was managed by the local AT&T Store & I was disconnected.
