I was satisfied, Jaylan was very helpful and got me in and out!
I purchased an AT&T prepaid hot spot. I took it into the Magnolia AR AT&T store to have it activated. I was greeted by Jay, who immediately began to work on the activation process. He was very polite and professional. The store was very busy with a total of 2 employees that I saw. During the “down time” or the time he was waiting for my information to upload on his tablet, he politely asked if I minded if he assisted other customers as they entered the store, which I responded that I did not mind.
