I purchased an AT&T prepaid hot spot. I took it into the Magnolia AR AT&T store to have it activated. I was greeted by Jay, who immediately began to work on the activation process. He was very polite and professional. The store was very busy with a total of 2 employees that I saw. During the “down time” or the time he was waiting for my information to upload on his tablet, he politely asked if I minded if he assisted other customers as they entered the store, which I responded that I did not mind. Brittany was absolutely amazing! We went in to upgrade my daughter’s phone for Christmas and we both left with her upgrade and other products! She was very helpful and super sweet! Will continue to use this store as long as she’s there for anything related to my phone!

Brittany was the best, I mean she is incredible, as long as she is here I will be back. She is the best rep ever. She was patient. Got me in and out while transferring all of my mother things and signed her into everything and kept us busy with a nice conversation and had us laughing. We love her. She is the best.
