Knowledgeable staff, great selection of phones. Clean store.
Store is closed now but I heard they are opening another one. Not sure how true that is. Its going to go the same way unless they hire better people to run it. I haven't been in this store in several years so hopefully, it has improved but the last time I went in I wanted to upgrade either my phone or my dad's phone, and the girl sitting in there said: "we don't do that here anymore". I went down the road to Sheridan where I had the BEST experience at an AT&T store there and have shopped there since.
The lady there was extremely helpful. She unfortunately just wasn't able to help directly me because of my issue. She did how ever provide me with the number that I was able to call to get m u issue sorted out.
