I showed up ten minutes before close, so I understand I didn’t allow a ton of time for an upgrade. I’ve been checking stock for the new phone repeatedly and finally found one. I drove up to the store and was told their “systems shut down” at 6. I’ve never worked in a retail environment that the systems “shut down”. I went in on October 3rd and just wanted a new line. I'm 70 years old and on a low- income. The woman said my phone was not working and I needed to buy a new phone. She sold me a new phone for $800 and 2 new lines and also didn't tell me about new case $45.00 and screen $45.00. I had to pay over $80 for the sales tax. 2 days later I received an email from at&t that I owed $348 on 1 line and $148 on another line.
