I had a bad experience with my cell phone on early Monday morning. I placed my phone on top of my Granddaughter'scar not realizing it. Looking for my phone and couldn't find. When I looked for it, I found it down the street from my home where it had fallen from her car all broken ran over. So I went to the Att store and talked to the sales person.
