My mother recently visited this AT&T location while visiting me from Dallas, and unfortunately, she experienced the kind of treatment that makes Black customers feel unwelcome. She walked into the store and stood there for approximately 10–15 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. I was very impressed with my AT&T customer representative, Bret. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. I purchased a new phone and he walked me through everything I needed and went above my expectations. I would highly recommend him if you have any needs with your devices.
