We had purchased new phones, and this store setup my Son's new phone. It was done VERY quickly, and the woman who helped us was very nice, very fast.

Sold us an AT&T fiber package with no guarantee of when they would install.
Zachary tried to sell me the wrong screen protector. He put it on even though it was the wrong size and still charged me for it. He absolutely knew it was the wrong size too. Terrible customer service. Won't be coming back again
