The phone I purchased did not work when I got home the ATT store refused to replace it and offered no help whatsoever.
So Daily and Zach did an awesome job!! They helped me so much! Daily initially helped me by telling me how to get the plans and phones I want. Then we ran into one of the phone numbers not working and had to go back in.Zach fixed it within 5 mins and updated my plan to how I wanted it. Def loved their customer service. They were great and helpful!
Manager on the morning of 01/18/25 has terrible customer service. Refused to help and I quote "could I do it, yes. But I'm not going to" when asked for assistance.
