Workers are more concerned with playing on there phones then helping customers. They had the door propped open I ask them why would you hold the door open with the AC running. He responded we are supposed to open the door for customers, so it’s easier to just prop it open. They can’t take your payment by check either. Also he couldn’t pull up my account to pay my bill. Also you can’t change or cancel a hot spot in the store. Even though that’s where I started the service at ! Great customer service 🤣
