i went to att at onieda tn walmarts a few days ago. i forgot my credit card and i went home and got it by time i returned the att rep had left 15 minutes early. she canceled my order not giving me the chance to pay for my two devices that i was getting with no money down. just tax fees on the att starter unlimited service next day i return and found she canceled everythbing this time shawn roberts att rep told that there is no att starter unlimited services and that i was unable to get those phones for free. then he research... read more
They are the worst phone carrier in history. Never have service and I live in the middle of my town. As soon as I can I will be switching networks cause paying this much for no service is ridiculous. I wouldn't be able to do anything if I didn't have WiFi.
I was given incorrect information by an in store representative which has turned into over and hour on the customer service telephone line attempting to get it corrected, without success.
Samuel Nichols ensured that I received wonderful customer service. I would like to thank him once more for all his help. He is a fine example of what customer service is all about!!!
