I visited the store today and was met with such apathy and rudeness that I actually had to laugh. The employee working was incredibly unfriendly, so much so that when they asked for my phone number, I paused and thought, Are you hungover or do you just hate being here? I came in needing help with my account and was quickly told they couldn't assist me and that I should just call AT&T. Update: 3.5 years later and nothing has changed. They give the impression that they are more competent than they are. Phone companies are always trying to upsell you and don't actually spell out what those charges are. Feels like false advertising to me. Drive to any other city for better service and to avoid a scam. If I could give them negative stars I would. The staff at this store were incredibly unhelpful and, quite frankly, discriminatory. I was told they couldn’t assist me with my account issue and that I needed to call customer service instead—because, according to them, they “just sell phones.” From the way he spoke, trembling and uncertain, it was clear he wasn’t being truthful. If a service center only sells phones without actually providing solutions, then don’t call yourself a service provider. You might as well be selling phones at Walmart.
