Called, someone named Nick answered the phone and acted like they knew what they were talking about, but didn't. My plan, they CANNOT upgrade my phone without charging everyone else on my plan. They are bullshit.

Some of these reviews don’t even sound like they came from the AT&T store in Big Rapids. You can’t find a more knowledgeable and fun staff. Christopher and Nick were both a lot of help and went above and beyond to make this all happen. I came in having another internet service which was terrible speeds. They got me hooked up with the AT&T Internet Air. WOW, speeds are amazing even streaming movies, downloading and browsing all at the same time.
