It's clear to me that the Manager here is new without proper training or is poor at being able to perform the one task the store is meant to do: sell phones. Upon entering and greeting a Employee of the store, we inquired about the purchase of a new phone. We answered a couple questions that were asked by the employee, such as: iPhone or Android, and contract or prepaid. Which reduced our options down to 2 phones. Both Samsung phones.
