Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff.
Rant: AT&T store on South Broadway. After "chatting" with a bot online Wednesday night, I decided to make an appointment and go in Thursday morning. I recieved 2 text and 1 email confirmations so I thought I was good to go. My appointment was at 9:00am so I sat in my car until they opened the door and then attempted to go in. I was met at the door by a male employee asking me what I wanted. I told him I had an appointment and he said "No you don't ". I said "Yes I do".
