I was on the phone with AT&T (the 1877 number) and HBO max yesterday for 1 1/2 trying to get my HBO to work on my phone most of the time they had me on hold they could not figure it out called the AT&T store on Broadway he said call the HBO people so as frustrated as I was I just said I will try the store in the mall so I did and Shay answered asked if I lived in Minot and since I did my son took the phone up to her and he said the problem was fixed in less the five minutes. I was going to switch to AT&T, but now I refuse. The female I talked to, Shay, was horrid. She was short with me, made me feel like I wasn’t even welcome in her store. She didn’t seem to want to answer any question I asked, and overall just really needs a lesson in customer service. Never again. Should be ashamed of herself.
Switching to AT&T was the worst choice I’ve made. The billing and setup has been the worst experience I’ve had. The first months of my plan I was set up , paying for two lines connected to one phone. This issue was resolved by the manager at the other AT&T store in Minot (by Home Depot) I initially traded my phone for a new one but for some reason I am still paying for my new phone ? My bill is near triple the cost I was told it would be. I enrolled in the paperless, automatic paymen to avoid late fees, yet somehow I have a ... read more
