This was the absolute WORST experience imaginable. The staff there was rude, uncaring and unwilling to go beyond the very least effort to help me with a problem. They did absolutely nothing to go beyond what was in front of their face. It was pretty much, we can’t help you, we aren’t going to try to find a solution to keep you as a customer and …. After installing a SIM card in our iPhone we could no longer send messages. The function had been turned on, but still didn’t work. We talked to Brent at the Ventura store and he immediately knew that we also had to turn on the “Send and Receive” function. Unfortunately, the AT&T AI had not suggested this option. We had a few more questions and Brent answered them with clarity and competence. We were impressed by his in-depth knowledge of intricacies of AT&T cell service. Excellent service.
Victoria Oxnard store is very customer friendly.
