Me and my family were struggling with horrible service from a door-to-door representative who was untruthful and unable to refund our initial fees. Going to this corporate store was our last resort and luckily with excellent customer service from Jamie, she was able to sit with us for 2 1/2 hours of over-the-phone assistance. My husband and I stopped at the AT&T store to discuss what kind of a plan we will need while we are traveling intl on our upcoming vacation. Anna was very helpful with that but then she also pointed out that she could save us $30 a month by putting us on the 55 and over bundle. I found that to be very significant and I even made a Facebook post telling people that they should go to the AT&T store on Victoria💜😄🌸 and ask for Anna… A $99 a month. Plan is fabulous for us at this point in our life.
