I came into this store with a multifaceted issue that called for immense amounts of legwork from Brent who helped me for multiple hours in one session. I purchased a phone through another store and to my own fault, failed to sign 3X forcing this package to return to sender. This created a time based hitch in the system that disallowed me from attempting the upgrade again until the return was fully cemented.
