I had an excellent experience today with Brent at the AT&T store. After being with Verizon for over 20 years, I was looking for a plan that better fit my needs. Brent not only presented me with several options, but he also gave me the space to make the best decision for myself and my husband without any pressure. The difference between Verizon and AT&T, especially in terms of savings, was significant. I’m very happy with my experience thank you, Brent, for all your help!

Tony was the best at the store in Ventura. I came in with a dead phone and I found out I had insurance and could get it repaired but I really wanted a new phone. But in order to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one, it had to be repaired. So he put in a claim, I got the new phone, took the old one for repair. In a few hours my old phone was fixed I transferred my data and when I took the old phone to Tony I also found out that I got a credit for the old one towards my new one!
