Just switched to AT&T , and I have to say the customer service on Lakeshore Drive in Oakland,CA is the worst. The manager Daniel does not care about his customers, and did not complete my phone exchange because he wanted to hurry up and leave. That’s not quality service. He was a complete a******.
I am at the at&t store on lakeshore. 5 people waiting for a rep and 2-3 employees just standing around talking to each other.
Very poor Service. Every single month I have to go to the store because they are charging me for extra services that I didn't use it. The only consultant that are able to help and figure out the problem is Olivier Louis-Jean. When he is not there, nobody can help, even the manager Chris doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you want to waste 1 hour or more every single month trying to find answer for a $90 bill when your bill is $65.
Absolutely LOVE this store and the staff. Falana is the BEST! She genuinely cares about the satisfaction of her customers. Whenever I stop in she is always happy to see me. She remembers my name and she always looks for ways to save me money. She truly goes out of her way and she deserves to be recognized for her efforts. I will forever make Lakeshore my AT&T store and I'm very happy that I went there to begin with. Keep it up!
