I upgraded two phones two weeks ago. Instead of adding one of the phones to the existing account number that we wanted it added to, they set up a whole new telephone line and put the new phone on that new number. Now I cannot have that phone put on the number that I wanted it on to begin with because AT&T. She also snuck in insurance that I didn’t ask for. I went in March 21st 2018 to get a BOGO deal for samsung galaxy note 8 and s8+ only to find out that the store manager and staff has no professionalism in handing a BOGO deal that was not set up properly. Fast forward to July 16th 2019. My husband and I were in the store, distraught after all our channels of appeals, complaints, and calling are exhausted. They can improve cell phone coverage in the goleta and santa barbara california area. It is almost nonexistent in some areas and at&t couldn't care less. If you live in fairview, cathedral oaks, montecito and similar areas DON'T GET AT&T CELL PHONES. Use verizon or t-mobile.
