Well, I spend my Friday evening here to change my rate plan and get some upgrades. Sam Gerard was great and very patient after 4 hours there. But today I'm here just to return an accessory and the Manager on duty Chris, said he couldn't help me and I had to wait for a sales rep. Uuuuum really, I have to wait just to return something. Once again ATT proves their lack of customer service. I think Sam Gerard needs to go work for a better company that allows his skills to shine. As for Chris....he has no business being a manager... read more
phone store They were helpful. Yet it depends the sales associate you speak with. I did have to speak to a manager and he did. Make sure you go in before 5pm so that if a manager override is needed one is there.
