ATT charges me $75 a month for internet service as if it were a fixed quantifiable amount--like $4 a pound for tomatoes-- that I was receiving, when in fact the service varies, weakens and drops on a whim. Supposing instead, I pay ATT based on their uneven performance, say 60% of my bill one month and maybe 70% the next month. Why I can't I guesstimate my payment the way you do your shitty signal?
The customer service is horrible! I asked three questions to the young lady that was working there and she had no clue about anything. She was useless. I get better service at Costco.
Cool store, extra staffed up for the holidays. And every time I come in here they lower my bill and give me free phones. Can't hate it. Gotta love it.
I think they need to contact me about billing. I left the States almost two years ago and before I left I called and asked to be put on a standby status. The operator said I didn't need to do that because when I returned I would get my old number back. So, I terminated. Now I am told that they have been billing me and it has gone to a collection agency. A friend told me if I put this on FB public they would contact me. We will see
