Absolutely horrible experience here... Roosevelt DELETED 600 of my photos... cannot get them back...told me he would contact me after he "researched the issue"...yet he never did...could nkr answer the most basic of questions, and failed to find anyone in the store who would...he dis ask another associate AFTER he deleted my photos, this employee also shrugged me off nonchalantly...store manager refused to allow me to be eligible to upgrade to iPhone, as I was completely unsatisfied with the Android...the only employee who g... read more
I just got AT&T hooked up for my tv. I requested a copy of the channel guide. Well i got it but the print is so small you cant read it. I think it should be in larger print for those with eye problems Thanks
Waiting for 30 minutes for help. It is freezing in the store. I can't believe the service here. I am not at all impressed
