Ricky went above and beyond to help me with what I needed! I got an upgraded phone with AT&T. First they told me they no longer carry phones in the store so that was weird. Then I had my phone mailed to me. I went into the store to ask for assistance setting up my new phone and transferring all the old stuff onto the new one. It took me 4 attempts to make an appointment and sit down to have someone help me! The ladies at the front door kept trying to turn me away telling me "We dont help with that! Go home and do it yourself... read more

AT&T's wireless networks are pretty great though. AT&T should share the success gained by the sacrifice and hard work of it's employees, rather than sticking it to them with increased medical benefit costs, including fo... read more

No micro cell for us, so we will be switching to Verizon in 90 days when our contract expires with AT&T. Tired of having to go outside the house to make or answer a call, especially when it's raining.
