Ricky went above and beyond to help me with what I needed! I got an upgraded phone with AT&T. First they told me they no longer carry phones in the store so that was weird. Then I had my phone mailed to me. I went into the store to ask for assistance setting up my new phone and transferring all the old stuff onto the new one.
