curly hair guy left a pending order against my iphone bcs of that that i am not able to do upgrade neither through app nor through customer care. He was offering me lower credit than online, its been a week now and that order still hanging.

I have never worked with a company that could care less or least about their clients. I went to your AT&T outlet yesterday. Noah was a great guy, but you guys give them absolutely no power or any kind of power to rectify or fix a situation to you guys. It’s all about making money.
