Rogelio the sales assistant was very rude and full of nasty aptitude! He have poor customer service skills. Unprofessional the whole process during my visit to rancho Cucamonga AT& T STORE IN VICTORIA GARDENS. I walked out with bad experience with this Sales person.
I had an excellent experience here and truly appreciated the level of customer service received from Rojelio. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly. Rojelio took the time to patiently explain the process every step of the way and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place and make sure to ask for Rojelio.
Juan Carlos was the best. He greeted us right when we walked in and helped us shortly after. We originally went to Best Buy but they couldn't help us with our upgrade and number transfer. Well Juan Carlos made it happen and throughout his assistance, he was lighthearted, conversational, and professional. Not only that but he was efficient. Overall, he made the experience enjoyable and deserves the recognition.
Great experience all staff were nice and helpful and fast. Alexis helped me out and was quick and resolved my issue with out a problem.
