Other then waiting for someone to greet me,the customer service was satisfying and was very professional and helped me understand my situation and give more then 1 option to go with thank you
Went in for an upgrade on my phone. The store wasnt too busy and I was immediate helped by Victor. He did a great job informing me of the offers available to me and got me what I needed.
I’d give 10 stars if I could, howard was the most helpful person I’ve ever met. He was very funny and also very intelligent.
Eddie C was very engaging and really interested in how we were doing yesterday. While yes he has to work and get the job done he was able to hold a fun engaging conversation with us. Eddie is definitely a huge asset to your company and more employees should be genuine and nice. I have been a long time customer of AT&T and with the experience that we had with Eddie yesterday will definitely keep me as a loyal customer. Again Thanks Eddie and we will definitely be back for the Apple Watch.
Hector was a huge help. He is a 10 star employee. He was able to help my dad and I get a huge discount on our new phones. This store is 100 times better than any other AT&T store I have been too.
