Eddie C was very engaging and really interested in how we were doing yesterday. While yes he has to work and get the job done he was able to hold a fun engaging conversation with us. Eddie is definitely a huge asset to your company and more employees should be genuine and nice. I have been a long time customer of AT&T and with the experience that we had with Eddie yesterday will definitely keep me as a loyal customer. Again Thanks Eddie and we will definitely be back for the Apple Watch.

Hector was a huge help. He is a 10 star employee. He was able to help my dad and I get a huge discount on our new phones. This store is 100 times better than any other AT&T store I have been too.

One of the worst stores I’ve ever been in as far as customer service is concerned, especially the blond dyed hair associate, who is so ignorant about the products and inconsiderate about where we stood in line. Will never go back to the store.

Manager Louis was extremely rude. He didn’t even let me explain what was the reason why I was here he immediately said “there nothing we can do”. The bill was under my mom’s name but I was translating for her and he told me “im only talking to you mom not you” very rude, not helpful at all.
