From my own experience AT&T has been a nightmare. We’ve had issues with dropped calls, no internet, no service, can’t call out. We’ve called several times with no results! We were told by customer service they have tower issues and they don’t plan on fixing them anytime soon! Oh but yet you expect me to pay for service I can’t even use! AT&T use to be a good y’all have gone to crap.
That rep that helped me out was great..his name was also Brandon. Nice guy!
Worse service ever saying I didn't pay half my bill which I clearly did and it was added to my next bill !!!!! So now Your making me pay 416$ hell no now have screen shots of my bank statements clearly showing I payed my bill Screw yall AT&T.
This store has the WORST employees ever. Since its been opened, they can never help with anything! Not with updates, not with the next program, not with making payments, nothing. I don't see what yall have people there for if no one can help for crap! Worthless!
