they are forcing people to buy new phones by shutting off their old phones. We were told they would give us free phones because of the forced change in network and THEY DID NOT! THEY ARE LIARS!!

Handling of my business account is extremely poor. Empty promises, lack of employee knowledge, and lack of resolution leave me to give bad review. I went in to this store with a phone I purchased less than two weeks earlier that had some features missing. The young lady that waited on me could not resolve the issue and said we had to call tech support before she could exchange my phone. DO NOT give these people your business. They have created a nightmare for us because they failed to do their job! We are being charged $403 for phones that we returned to them. Hours have been spent on the phone with customer service with no resolution (even though they see we returned them and don’t understand why we are being charged). They have left us with no option but to take legal recourse!
