An AT&T technician THAT I DO NOT HAVE SERVICE WITH AND HAD NO WARNING ANYONE WOULD BE COMING went into my backyard without coming to my door FIRST, then left my gate WIDE OPEN when he left. No door tag to warn me, nothing. So guess what? When I let my dogs out later because I had no idea anyone had been here, THEY ALL RAN AWAYYYYYY!! THANKS AT&T 👍🏼 thank goodness for security cameras. Also the customer service line is a joke.

I got lg tone active and got so much problems with it and agent at store told me I can exchange it but they don’t have it any longer and won’t be able to exchange it. This store at customer service is so bad.
