Great service Shelby!
Horrible customer service. Always a wait and then rude when they do see you. Talked negatively about another customer in front of me. They are only interested in helping you buy a $700+ phone. AT&T Insurance at $8.99/month is basically useless. It takes nearly a week to obtain a new phone.
UPDATE: I received a call from the manager at this store and he was Extremely Kind and helpful! I appreciate that this matter is being taken seriously. I went to AT&T off of Briarcrest in Bryan yesterday to pick up a phone I ordered online. All I can say is DON'T WORK WITH BRANDAN. He was the rep that was "helping" me and he had TERRIBLE customer service. He commented that he didn't like the phone I chose and continued to tell me that my choice in phone cases was "was crap". Sad you sell a phone then don't have the needed supplies. I just purchased a Galexy 7 I needed a new screen protector. I was told there were none none could be ordered there have been 3 new phones put into production they had to make room for new supplies. Sorry excuse. We are looking for a new phone company. This was unexceptble.
This is not a reflection on the floor staff, everyone was helpful and nice. The CRAP review goes to the Manager (who didn't even bother to show his face) that declined my request for a better phone (THE Z830 COMPEL IS HORRIBLE) for the one I had purchased only a few days before, but added salt to the wound by stating (through the helpful staff) that should I choose to return my phone, there will be a $35.00 RESTOCKING FEE! As soon as my plan expires, ATT has lost a customer.
