This office in Mansfield has very poor customer service. Everyone needs to take a customer service class and I’ve been a customer for over 10 years
Took to ling to talk to someone, employee's we're walking around not doing anything, when I did talk to someone they acted like they didn't care and just try to push stuff on people will not be coming back
The AT&T in Mansfield is awful and Zorian is the worst. My husband will be calling his manager later today to complain. Zorian is also the same person whom my husband's boss called in on. Apparently this jerk gets called in on a lot. My husband spends $3,000 in business with AT&T through his business account and since we have had such terrible service, is considering moving ALL our business, personal lines and business lines.
