I have honestly never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in customer service provided by a company. These employees genuinely acted like we were an inconvenience when we were purchasing probably $2000 worth or product. Really surprisingly with such a competitive market. Even the manager was so oblivious through it all that I genuinely think he may not be qualified to be a manager. Step it up AT&T.
The racism that I experienced in this store is sickening.
They lied to me and we’re not willing to work to correct the situation!
