The bay city location has an extremely rude employee there. Waited 45 minutes while this employee flirted with two girls... once he was done and got to my husband he was condescending and downright obnoxious. He argued with my husband that his phone was not backed up so he could not help us set up his new phone. We left with no help. Won’t be going back to that location. 😡
This new Amazon fire phone is great so far.
