It’s really sad when you walk into major cellular network store, like this one in Bay City, Tx., and have to wait more than half an hour, because there’s only one representative working. Ohh, and there’s still two hours till closing time!!!! No excuse!!!!!!!

Maribel was very helpful. I didn't have to do anything getting my new phone setup with case, screen protector, and transfer. She was very helpful in helping me choose the right phone and seemed very genuine in her want to help. 10 of 10.
