Terrible management overall, what happened to that place
Went to get a new phone. Service person was helpful, but they didn't have the phone, iphone 17 ProMax in stock. Oh well. At least they were courteous and store was clean. That same day I ordered said phone on AT&T internet site and it was delivered the following day.
Two people working. O never heard of what I needed, the other was on her phone and didn't offer much of anything. Completely wasted trip.
It’s really sad when you walk into major cellular network store, like this one in Bay City, Tx., and have to wait more than half an hour, because there’s only one representative working. Ohh, and there’s still two hours till closing time!!!! No excuse!!!!!!!
