att says you need an appointment and then you get here and the guy said it didnt matter if you have an appointment, you have to wait for others who got here first, which would be fine but why wait 3 days for and available appt just so it doesnt matter if you have one or not. also the guy that "helped " us didn't know what he was talking about. he said we can only get what we needed over the phone even tho several cs reps told us we needed to go in the store. Several attempts at getting internet at my home! Maybe the 4th time works!
Last Sunday we came to get wireless service with AT&T at this location and were helped by Lily. She is awesome and so nice. She helped us get our new phones and finally get rid of sprint! She transferred our phone numbers, contacts and pics. They weren't too busy so we weren't there too long. The environment was spectacular. They even have an area where the kids can play with iPads. It was such a great experience and the service is way better than sprint that's for sure!

This place SUCKS, just like the customer service call center! Manager takes his time to get to customers! Derrick the manager is an arrogant ASSHOLE!!!
