Worst possible experience. When to trade in my old mobile and it takes you one hour to just talk to an employee that to tell you that they can’t do.
Marco is highly recommended. Came to add my 8th to my business account, straight to the point. In and out within 20 mins and was able continue running my business and on with my day.

terrible customer service, I walked in and nobody acknowledged my existence, I stood around for 20 minutes, waiting to be helped or at least asked why I was in their store again nobody acknowledged my existence. It wasn’t until a couple walked in and somebody asked them to check in on the iPad and fill out why they were here and they would be with them shortly, I don’t think this is how you should run a store the AT&T store and razor Ranch never is this rude
