The people are nice but they take FOREVER to help you. Went in the other night to do an upgrade and waited an hour before someone came to help.
Ethan was awsome straight talker and honest
Angela was our AT&T sales & service rep, & she was delightful & professional assisting us in our need of new cell phones with patience & courtesy. She's very knowledgeable, tho if she's not quite sure about something, she's level-headed about asking her manager, if needed. She's also warm, kind & friendly.
Ethan was the BEST helper in the store and got me in and out in a timely manner. 10/10 aura farming
CJ McPike was excellent. He lowered our bill and got me a brand new phone.
