ZERO STARS I’m a loyal AT&T customer and I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. My brother went in just to get help with a transfer PIN, and the short gentleman working there refused to assist him. He was rude and dismissive, telling him to figure it out on his own simply because he was switching to another carrier. Whether someone is staying or leaving, basic customer service should always be provided. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on AT&T as a whole. Do better.
