This store is awful. The customer service (or lack there of) is wild. For context, I set an appointment ahead of time online. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and checked in like I was supposed to. All I had to do was drop off my old phone for my trade-in value. I NEVER should have gotten on AT&T!! I was PUSHED into getting hooked up! I was told about some 'bundle, a 'senior' deal with the phone and Internet! And I was told that my sister would pay for phone service, as I would pay for Internet! I thought that it would be reasonable, and now my sister got charged $240.92!!
