Best customer service
I’ve gone in 4 times… First time, the worker told me to look online and that it’s easier to order a phone and pick a plan on my own. The 2nd time, the associate CJ was awesome and helped me update my plan and purchase a phone. 3rd time I was in to transfer my data from my Android to my new IPhone. The associate left me during the process to go to lunch. I had to restart the transfer at my home since. 4th time, I was told to bring my trade in back to send it in. I came in all in despair after having lost my phone somehow after leaving Buc'ee's yesterday, and she very patiently and professionally guided me through ALL the many steps needed to not only get a new phone, but also update my all apps to face recognition.
