I had the pleasure of working with Marco, and I can't brag about him enough. I walked into Denton AT&T frustrated and by the time I left I was happy and relieved by the quick service I got from Clarence! He was patient and took care of all my needs! The is not the first time I received excellent customer service from Clarence! He is an example of what true customer service should be! Thanks again!!
My phone be completely shutdown. Mr Clarence was very reassuring and took me through the whole process. He also gave me great options for my upgrade In December ! Great advice for wifi and tv ! Highly appreciate and recommend his professional service !
I hate AT&T. The service sucks I don’t get service in most places my calls stay dropping. All kinds of hidden fees, customer support is not helpful. They’re just sale reps trying to get you to spend more money. They got me to switch from Verizon by promising to pay off my phone, and then refused to pay it off while trapping me in a 3 year contract
The experience at the store was great I didn't have to wait long as soon as I walked in I was already being taken care of tala did a great job of explaining everything in detail and how things work with the bundles nice to talk to I recommend talking to Tala!!
