I visited the AT&T store to upgrade my phone, and Clarence made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He assisted us really well and explained everything patiently, making sure we understood all the options before deciding. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Clarence, for providing such great customer service! Highly recommend this store!
Just walked out. Sat there for 30 minutes and watched employees walk around, chit chat with a full house of customers with zero sense of urgency. Happens every time I go in.
Please fire Cameron. I came in to switch from Verizon with 6 lines. He set my previous family plan as a business account without me asking. I was never provided a pin which did not enable me to access my account, bill or make any changes. I didn't even get access to my account for 3 months. As a result I was not able to do upgrades at Best Buy where I am a member or enable my employee account discount while working at the corporate location. The worker was Nice!!! But, he appeared New and The person that appeared to over see or manage him??? ... Appeared to get him to do this other person's work, instead of helping me??? I Notified him it appears that the App "Smart Home" has been creating my phone to act erratic and improperly. I removed the app ... It seems a little better? ... We will see?
Recently dealt with AT&T on loop 288 here in Denton. We dealt with three different service people one when we bought our phones and then two other others to get them set up Chris, Dion and Clarence were all wonderful to deal with. Very satisfied !!!
