I set an appointment for 10:30am today. I got to the store at 10:06am. I sat patiently waiting for help. When my appointment time was about 10 minutes out, one sales guy acted like his tablet was not connected. He then left the room. My 10:30am slot was finally next, and after him coming out of the back room to pull stock, he then proceeded to help another customer that came in well after me and was on the docket after me, 10:43am, then another sales guy pulls up some other name than mine, granted most all other customers ha... read more
Great I had experience. I really recommended
My wife and I came into the store to upgrade her cellular plan and mobile devices. The store manager Everett assisted us in our purchase. From the beginning to the end of the sale he went above and beyond through the whole sales process. He never wavered in his comment to ensure our needs were met, especially after the sale. Everett customer service exceeded all our expectations.
AT&T should get 0 stars --> (1) Take advantage of people, (2) Harm the good people for bad people's mistakes, (3) Always leach and extract money, never care for customer... so when you leave with a pretty phone just remember, they're scamming you
Over the past few years I've been to this store several times. Although the staff seems knowledgeable, the wait time seems pretty long. My recent visit to the store will be my last trip there. I went in to get help with voicemail on my phone and the guy spent 30 minutes trying to sell me a new phone that I told him I didn't want. Eventually he told me he could not help me with my problem and just got up and left. It may be time to dump AT&T.
