Dion is extremely helpful and gives great customer service! Go to him if you need help with your ATT service he is awesome!
Aspen, an associate at AT&T was really nice to me. She was able to get my service done on time. I was in a pinch with work, and she was able to work around all of that. I highly recommend her and future questions and references by her she is well informed on what she is doing.
Rude customer service. While they were following the rules about me not being listed on the account - they let us know that all of our problems were due to switching to ATT at Costco instead of going to an ATT store. Does it matter where we signed up for ATT - it is still ATT.
I'm giving this 5 stars because of Marco. Likely seriously- he deserves a gold star, free lunch for a week, or a bonus. I was so stressed when I got to the store thinking it would be a complete hassle and Marco made an unfortunate situation a joy. He was helpful, funny, made me feel heard, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of- even helped me call customer support, which we all know can be a... process. If you see Marco- give him a high five and tell him he's doing a great job.
