Skye was very professional, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable of AT&T products. We never felt rushed or pressured, treated us like family.
I always visit this location because the store reps are more attentive and personable. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the store was unusually busy and it resulted in a longer wait time. Despite the wait, Tyson was extremely helpful and was an efficient store rep. He was informative, personable, and a pleasure to work with.
Jay was amazing helped us with our bill and I pad he deserves a raise. We have battling with Att loyalty on the phone and decided to go to a corporate store in Oakleaf. Ask For Jay!
