I went in 2 months ago, cancelled a line in order to get a local number purchased a phone for my husband and myself and combined our account with U-verse in order to receive 1 bill. But low and behold, I’m still being charged for the line I cancelled. Come to find out you have to call to cancel a phone line, it can not be done at the store. That’s awfully convenient for AT&T.
