RecommendedWe went in yesterday and had the best experience with Joshua. We went again today after we had figured some things out and he just went above and beyond for us. He was so patient and helpful and we left the store super happy, with a new phone service & AT&T tv! We will definitely go back and work with him for any future needs we might have with AT&T!

The sales reps here at this store are horrible. I walk in and try to re-up on my "next" plan and get the note 5, and the lady tells me that she can't authorize me to see when I'm available for the upgrade. I was on the plan with 2 other people but one of those people passed away and the other hasn't had AT&T for at least 2 years now. So what the heck are these people even doing at AT&T.. Clearly not doing their job, at least at this store... I'll gladly let some other rep at another store get a sell.
What the flipping heck is going on with the internet................got the all singing all dancing plan and STILL have lost connection at LEAST 3 times today.
Worst company ever!!!!
To get a new SIM card ,it’s take in hour!! Worst service ever!!
