Service was quick the guy daryl helped me treated me like family I am recommending to all my family and friends
Very shady store. Salesman Ben will tell you everything you want to hear, which will be half truth or straight up lie. After you switch your number and find out your bill is higher than what you signed up for, he will say that there is nothing he can do and you need to deal with ATT customer service. I was also told that the deal he signed us for do not exist. His manager Daryl will cover up for hom using "he said she said" and create more lies out of thing air. I’d recommend ATT for one reason being my pleasant experience dealing with one of the store representatives. “Tunch” (yes ask for him by name!) is beyond an excellent representative! I am not an easy customer as I'm a business owner and respect sales people who conduct themselves the way he does, by knowing his products and services and also, solves problems and makes you feel good about the transaction. We recently added AT&T fiber to two homes. Ben was fantastic, he was helpful, followed up with us during and after the installation. When we had an issue with our first bill, he asked me to forward the bill and that he would address it with his manager. That’s the kind of customer service that you rarely experience these days. Kudos to AT&T for hiring and hopefully taking good care of employees like Ben.
