I do not recommend this location on Daniels road. my husband and I went there to possibly upgrade our phones and we were totally ignored. there were 2 guys helping 1 girl to get a phone. no one said anything to us. not even say we will be right with you. Do not go to this location.

I am trying to switch from TMobile but there is 1 person in working - 4 people in line. I have already had so many issues switching which is why I have had to go into the store so I am now going into Verizon instead. Horrendous Experience !!!!

I'm being horribly mistreated by you right now. I've been a customer for 10 years. I was issued a refund on 2/17 and have written proof FROM YOU! And now when I call to check on it a week later, I'm told not only is it not done but they are no longer doing it! And no one called to tell me! This is how you reward customer loyalty? Absolutely appalling. I will be pursuing this further. You can not email someone a confirmation and then just change your mind and not reach out to the customer!

The associate was very nice and helpful; however, is a shame that the promos only apply to new customers. How about giving incentives to existing customers? Upgrade? Pfft!! I had to buy the phone! No discounts what so ever.
