My Husband went into the store tonight to exchange our Samsung phones to 2 iPhone 6s. He waited close to an hour before we just eventually walked out. What makes it worse, the Manager (Steve or Scott can't fully remember his name) sat there and played on his phone while both my husband and another customer waited to be assisted. I have worked in Customer Service for over 10 years, but I have never seen Associates treat their customers as they did this evening.
