Horrible service. Had an appointment for 10 am for over a week. I arrive at 9.45 am and wait as they continue to take care of walk ins. Finnaly left the store at 1015. Absolutely unprofessional

Once again extremely disappointed in ATT. Wanted to get internet installed at home. They have no appointments on the weekends and only schedule appointments from 8-5 on weekdays! I guess if you have a Monday-Friday job, like most, you cannot get their services!

Top notch service from Nick. Always answers all of our questions in detail and provides helpful suggestions.
Our service went out for 7 days which caused my husband to miss work for 4 days to be there to meet the technician. Their customer service is very poor. It took four in-house technicians and two field technicians (a week long process) before our service was working. After all the inconveniences and loss of my husband's income for four days) they will only credit us $28 on our bill which is not even close to the money we lost with my hubby having to miss 4 days of work.
