I was in the Florida City Store and I must say my experience was quite nice. I had an appointment and was seen as soon as I walked in. I had to exchange two Note 7phones one belonging to my son who is autistic. Needless to say, I had trouble getting the phone from him. the representative, Ralph, understood my situation and help me negotiate the phone away so that he could transfer the data to the new phone.Ralph understood the meltdown that was taking place and worked to expedite transfer of information.
