Couldn‘t help me with my prepaid AT&T Card and wanted to Sell me a plan instead. I did. not receive a refund, but they were nice at least.
THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES IVE EVER HAD TO INTERACT WITH IN MY LIFE! I called multiple times over the course of 3 MONTHS!! I was left on hold for over an hour, so that an associate can “find the ASSISTANT manager”, since the GM is never in the store. I kept my cool, and was never disrespectful towards these people — but the respect for my time and energy was NOT reciprocated. STAY AWAY!!!
Ashley was great!!! Even at the tail end of her shift, she made me a priority in helping with my issue and making sure I didn't leave until it was fixed. She is a natural leader as she was able to help her team while helping me, and still making me feel like her priority. Ashley is very knowledgeable and truly is an asset to AT&T. Very lucky to have her on your team.
I tried to return something on Sunday, they told me they need a manager’s approval to process that, and they don’t have a manager on Sunday. So they are less than a store on Sunday.
Horrible service. Was promised a $100 Visa Gift card when I purchased my Iphone 15 Pro about 1 year ago. Since then, went multiple times and they kept saying they would take my information down and send the card, but never did. Some of the workers at the store that I worked with were Jeffrey, Bianca and Alex (the latter two I believe were managers). If you're gonna offer something as a business, follow through with it.
