I had one of the greatest experiences in my business dealing. Tiffany at the AT&T store @ 8658 S Cottage Grove one the nicest customer service representative I have ever encountered. Not only was she nice but patient and informative. These are rare characteristics to find these days. She along with David her Asst Mgr were wonderful. Look up these two if you have to go into an AT&T store.
