Worst service ever. I only came here because AT&T “cancelled” my online upgrade order because supposedly they couldn’t “verify” it was me ordering it? Um how bout you send an email for verification or a phone call? No they say I have to go to the store to pick it up. Obviously they’re hoping to up sell with this tactic. So I order to the store, go to pick it up and of course have to wait 45 minutes for something that’s already paid for because only an “actual” rep can touch the phone. Whatever. Never again.

Complain about the big companies all you want, but for service and price you can't beat it. Nothing is more annoying than constantly dropped calls or slow data, that never happens with ATT.
The staff is knowledgeable... all three of them. I've been coming here for years and I always have to wait, frequently for a ridiculously long time. If you're looking for inspiration for mass murder look no further.
