I went to the Marion, Il store yesterday to add 2 lines to my account. I made several purchases, including a wireless charge pad. When I got home, the charge pad was not in my bag. I called the store. The sales person told me to return to the store with my receipt and they would give me the charge pad. I did just that but they refused to give me the charge pad!!!!!! Tim the manager was very unprofessional to the point he told me he don’t give s**t he’s quitting anyways then told me to get the f**k out of his store why the other sales guy was trying anything he could to help me but Tim the manager kept stopping him

Zero concern with reception issues in and around Aisin Manufacturing. Told me to buy $150.00 signal Booster to hook into the WAN. Only troubleshooting they offered was if I used a verizon phone to call from in the building. An child can see how ridiculous that is.
