Got talked into changing from a personal to business account because it would save $$. It's costing $100 more per month and no one can address the issue. Manager at the Olentangy Store is constantly "on a conference call" even though I called on my way there to get that response only to walk in two minutes later and see her sitting there. There is NO way to reach out to a regional manager and although the business customer service is leaps better than customer service was when calling as a personal customer, they can't do anything from their side either, except say that their rep was wrong as well as the store rep that set it up - but that there is nothing that can be done

I was lied to about getting a gift card when I signed up for DirectTV at this store. Never got the offer in the mail for the gift card. And have been getting the run around about it ever since.
