Got talked into changing from a personal to business account because it would save $$. It's costing $100 more per month and no one can address the issue. Manager at the Olentangy Store is constantly "on a conference call" even though I called on my way there to get that response only to walk in two minutes later and see her sitting there. Amazing customer service staff Jackie is great at her job look for her if you come in.
I was lied to about getting a gift card when I signed up for DirectTV at this store. Never got the offer in the mail for the gift card. And have been getting the run around about it ever since.
