The Greene's AT&T location's manager either blatantly lied to us or was incompetent. Either one is bad. We were told phones were buy one get one and that deal ended before our account was activated. The bills reflected the full amounts and customer service said sometimes it just takes a while to show up. BS. In addition, the monthly bill was almost $100 more each month than quoted. Great service, nice people and easy to get there!
Any local AT&T customers, I just went to the local AT&T Store in Middletown. I got my plan rate lowered and added a service. I call customer service often trying to get my plan lowered with no luck. Michael Blue offered great customer service! He was polite and answered my questions. I will be going back to buy a phone from him soon!
Honestly this company doesn't even deserve even one star for being hated. We have two personal lines also a business line and internet with this company. Have several issues with service, also the bill keeps changing. When the plan is supposed to be a lock price. Then we have the option to watch our data usage. The service went down for an hour. Flat out deceitful to get you locked into a new plan. Make promises of credits then they disappear when it comes time to post to your bill. Been an att customer for almost a decade. I'm done. I'll find a company that values my money more than that. Shame on you
