She was nothing but kind, compassionate and empathetic to a bad situation that she turned into a positive experience. She went above and beyond to rectify and de-escalate the situation. How many of you have AT&T wireless /cellular? My parents had a really horrendous experience today at the Bridgewater AT&T store. My dad does prepaid/pay as you go flip phone. He has done this for years and only uses his phone for emergencies or if he goes to the store with my mom so they can find each other if they are in different parts of the store. Waited over an hour for them to reboot an iPhone poor customer service.
Terrible customer service they are always slow and never able to really help you unless you are a new customer trying to buy and sign up
Had to come to this store to get some new phones and switch our service - we were there for over 2 hours!!!!! It was the most ridiculous thing ever. Somehow they couldn't get our phones to ring out of their system and we had to wait for the rep to chat with their customer service...I was meeting people for lunch and I asked them if I could come back. Felt like I was at the BMV. You could increase profits by installing a full service bar. Customer service NOT at it's best.
