I literally just got told by Mike here at the store that I was “wasting my time” coming to his to get my phone looked at the will not bring up the phone app info to make phone calls, see my contacts, etc. I purchased this phone here, I have been with att almost 20 years. I have never been to this store where I have received even decent customer service. I am done with this location and the rude employees working here.

If I could give it no stars I would. All we did was check to see what the prices were and they signed us up, tried charging us and thought it was okay to send someone to our house to set up services after we specifically told them no. They sent us a bunch of emails about how to pay our bill when we didn't even sign up. We had to call about 10 times to cancel, after we canceled it still kept sending us emails and what not so we had to go into the store. The guy in your store was no help. Go with Mediacom, it's more bang for your buck, and with at&t its a lot of bucks!!!!

the worst internet service I have ever had cant read e mail cant play a game searches take forever if you can get it to move at all all with a brand new computer wow
