Terrible underhanded, bait and switch tactics used to swindle money from loyal customers. Say one thing and later change the deal to rip off people. Will not be keeping AT&T because of this place. Rude employees who will lie to get you to sign up for a new plan only to change their story to rip you off on qualified phone rebates. Save yourself alot of headaches and go elsewhere.
