Terrible. Rude. Not coming back to this location. Long LOOOOOONG wait. This doesn’t happen at Verizon. Seemed VERY annoyed when my Partner asked about making an appointment after the SERVICE REP said to go in and make an appointment to buy the phone. “You can wait”..... BUT we have two small kids and it’s late. At least he could go back later. But nope. Sale lost to Ga Tech location! The WAY you say something really matters..... nobody likes Monday’s. But that was rude.
The staff is great. I came in at first, was packed. I said forget it. Then I went back. They really got me a deal.... and great phones. I go like everyday. Service is fast. I was worried about my bill being high like Verizon but they are really great. I have unlimited data, directv, tablets, watches etc. I plan on being with them for a while... really worked out a lot. Sorry tmobile, kiss my a**, Verizon your lost, and sprint, salute to ya , I love att..... thanks east point staff,
The supervisor should be terminated, it is day 2 and still no order is completed. Maybe a little diversity in the mix, will give this store the adjustment that it is needed. No more standing around posted up around the store there is work needed to be done.
I left very frustrated and even more confused, to say the least
