Horrible customer service – Bought a phone accessory couldn't quite make it work, so went back to store for some tips. Treated like an idiot and basically sent away to figure it out on my own. Horrible insensitive people, such a shame to treat people with such disdain.

Good Store – The store over all is nice, very clean and staffed well. The Customer Service is Great. The problem is Not the store, its the overpriced items. You can get the same kind of phones with the same plans way cheaper if you go through an indirect dealer (for ex: Frys, Best Buy, Wal Mart, etc..) Even the ATT website offers cheaper phones. Employees are LAZY – These deuch bags couldnt give a f%&* about anything! not only did they not want to help me, they were too busy talking to their friends on there gay bluetooths. Great customer service – Everytime I go into this store I have a positive experience. They take very grey subject matter that is the cell phone industry and make it easy to understand. The employees are outstanding and prompt. I hardly ever need to wait in line for more than a minute. This is a great store.
