RecommendedHuge kudos to the sales staff at AT&T in Huntersville, NC. We needed an emergency phone replacement late Sunday afternoon and they went above and beyond to help make it happen. They were very patient and knowledgeable!

I received horrible racist customer service today by the manager on duty. He falsely accused me of someone that was going around with a fraudulent account. Rudely told me to get out and once he explained to me the situation he treated me like a criminal. He spoke to me very rude the whole time. Every time I asked him a question about this situation he acted like I was bothering him while he tried to verify my account. He publicly embarrassed me but sarcastically apologized silently.
I received terrible customer service today from the store manager. I needed a new phone because mine broke last night, and instead of taking the time to listen to me, he sent me on my way to take care of it online. Too bad for him, he would have made a commission off me. I ended up purchasing a new phone instead of filing a claim.
