If I could give a negative star I would. This store has the rudest people ever. If you have a issue with your phone it's your problem not theirs, even when it is under warranty. The employees only care about making a sale. Honestly they should just fire everyone there and start over!
We went to see about updating our phones and to see about adding a business acct Ronnie was our tech person. Absolutely one of the best experiences we have had with AT&T He was very patient and explained everything to us the way we felt it should be. He spent about two hours with us! That means a lot these days! Thank you Ronnie and AT&T for such a great experience!!
Worst store employees and cell phone service in the area. The fact that they would mess with our credit only so they can delay deactivating our account to keep their sales goals is despicable, rude, and downright dirty. Absolutely unacceptable.
Terrible. Corporate tells me to visit the Company owed store. Then at the store, they tell me to call corporate. Their customer service solution is to direct customers away so we shut up and forget about our issue. They are overbilling me $25 month. I walked in today to buy 3 more iPhones for my company but the manager could not correct the billing issue and sent me away. The manages have so little training and authority. I guess it is time to visit Verizon now.
