Horrible customer service we finally went in there to pay off the service we were canceling and paid the phones off. Told us we had to wait for the next billing cycle so we did went in and paid that last month had a hard time getting receipts from them. Well this morning att pulled the money out of our account again for what we paid for in the store. My wife calls and att tells her there is nothing they can do we have to go back to the store

They don't even deserve one star!!! We signed up for a "promotional" deal with tv and internet with both services under $100 our hasn't been as promised from the very beginning!!!! My services before costed less than what I am paying now for no "promotional" deals that's horrible!!!
Pulled $50.00 more then they where supposed to from bank account. stated would apply credit, and then canceled service.
